i have a question ..
in the next month i get maybe a puppy from sweden ...
which papers do i need for the export...
can i take a 8 weeks old puppy out of sweden ,maybe with airplane?

No, you can't take an 8 week old puppy out of Sweden without a special permission from the Board of Agriculture and Food.
www.sjv.se to the Swedish department.
But I don't think the Swedish department is what you're looking for. You should talk to the German Department of Agriculture and Food.
